Dear Sir/Madam

As  you are kindly aware that From 16 for the last Financial Year 2014-15 have already been uploaded on the Campus Portal (Intranet) from where the employee can download and take print of the same through personal login.  However, a representation was received from the C Class employees to issue them hard copies of Form 16.  In this regard, you are requested to inform your staff who could not download Form 16 from Campus Portal, may get the copy of the same from the Accounts Branch.  It may be informed to all the concerned.

Please treat the above as most urgent.
